I recently bought my dream car, a corvette convertible, but it is almost impossible to use it any where near it's potential due to constant traffic and of course those stupid laws  So it got me to thinking that, not only would it be fun, but the state is long as hell and takes forever to get out. Anything to make it quicker would be awesome.
I have No idea what it would cost and I am sure it's not feasible, But if Florida were to build an autobahn type interstate paralleling our present interstates, could it work?
Lets say they built them running along I-95, I-75, I-4 and I-10, obviously with No speed limit. To drive these roads you need to pay an annual fee, lets say $200 a year. Would any of you be willing to pay that? Would the fee need to be higher?
Do you think enough people would be willing to pay, so that it would eventually pay for its self?
A few obvious advantages are, reducing some traffic off the main Interstates, being able to travel the state much quicker if you pay the membership fee, and of course just because it would be fun as hell to drive your car at high speeds.
