When I was down there one day over summer she wandered into my "regular" time share resort at North Burleigh looking for a place to shack up until Aspect is completed. The builder of Aspect, Wayne Matheson, ordered sub contractors to stop work yesterday. He claims that PM Developments owe him several hundred thousand dollars and that he has been paying subbies out of his own pocket. PM Developments are making counter claims about construction delays. Building is about 6 weeks from completion. Favco750 August 6th, 2004, 01:35 PM Crane is a Favco 250, owned by the Men from Marrs, which is a pretty small and fairly old crane.
