I voted 7.5 myself. I agree with RafflesCity, but I give it one extra point because it's much better than the Phillipsbuilding that was at the location before.

hmm 6.0 not tall at all and the glass facade looks kinda plain.

I'll give this building a 9.5 due to it's illumination glassy facade and the visually striking contemporary shape.

Boring box. It's a badly kept secret that the design of this caused the general 42m(!!!!!!!!!!!!!) heigth limit in Oslo. :skull: :bleep:

HEI!! NorthStar, is this building near Majorstuen?? I remember when I left Oslo to come back home (that was back in may 2001) there was a tower under construction near Majorstuen, and I had a kind of sad thought like "a pity, I won't see it finished..." you know, as if I was gonna die XXXDDD!!!
