It's on the site of the old Gold Coast Hotel, or "The Goldie", one of the first pubs on the Gold Coast, if not the first. It's a shame to see it go. Anyway, picture taken yesterday:

It had turned into abit of a dump, not really what id call valuable heritage. :)
I couldnt tell you what looked more attractive, the building itself or the pile of rubble after it was demolished.

hello everyone this my first post swell has 230 units cost 100 million dollars
a seven story hotel, shops 2 buildings one with 148 units (hotel) the other with 82
residential units and------------all sold out about last week.
