Situated on the most beautiful plot of land at the middle of Sukhumvit Soi 8, this project is surrounded by many other skyscrapers such as the Under construction jaisamarn Towers and many other highrise residentials.

The tower will consis of a 22 400 square meters of usable area and rises full 27 Storey with another undergound level which will be use as an undergound carpark., yet will also jointed with the existing B.T. Residence Tower I.

Construction has been undergoing since August 2003 and expected to be finished at the middle of 2005.

there are really a lot of constructions around town now, its great to see. For just a couple of years ago there was only 1 or 2 highrise constructions in town, now there is around 100 highrises being constructed and proposed.

Hope the design will look cool not too white and boxy looking. :) . This will add more dense in that area.

this area will looks denser like langsuan area but the different are design... so i hope they will come out to good :)

You can really see the setback regulation in the picture above. There are 3 buildings with each one gradually becoming higher. You can almost draw the line yourself.

B.T. Will be 3 storey taller than that white building between it and Jaisamarn tower...:)

Good to see another tower filling up a hole in the skyline..I hope this one and Jaisamarn towers will have a design that stand out from the surrounding buildings a little.

this building looks pretty slim from the street level. :D

Awh.. I had hoped the walls and windows would be curved as well, not just the balconies. But still, can't complain :)

No matter how ugly those buildings in Sukhumvit are, most of them are enjoying fully occupied rate...This one is also open with 100% taken up rate.
