Ils construisent des batiments et des tours au lieu de developper leurs infrastructures! Y'a aucune touche d'urbanisme dans cette ville! Elle a l'air moche et pauvre!

ils ont les investissements mais pas les professionnels en urbanisme, c'est vrai que c'est anarchique,

même des belles tours sont construite anarchiquement

الديار القطرية تبدأ العمل في أكبر مشروع عقاري في السودان ناقش
بتكلفة تتجاوز 500 مليون دولار

بدأت شركة الديار القطرية للاستثمار العقاري في الأعمال التحضيرية في مشروع مشيرب (الصفاف سابقاً) كأكبر مشروع عقاري ينفذ في السودان ويمتد على مساحة 230 ألف متر مربع تقريباً بتكلفة تتجاوز ال (500) مليون دولار بمحاذاة النيل ويقع على واجهة مائية رئيسية بالخرطوم .وينفذ المشروع بواسطة المقاول العالمى لشركة (سي سي سي) وتشير(الراية) إلى أن المشروع يتكون من مشاريع عقارية كبرى تضم أبراجاً سكنية ومنشآت فندقية ذات الخمس نجوم وترويجية وسياحية ويتألف من مناطق مختلفة تشمل منطقة الأعمال والمنطقة السكنية والتجارية ويطل على نقطة تقاطع النيلين ما يجعله واحداً من المواقع الرئيسية في الخرطوم ويقع بالقرب من الجسور التي تصله بمناطق أخرى في العاصمة وأكد الدكتور عبد الوهاب محمد عثمان وزير التخيطيط العمراني بولاية الخرطوم في تصريح ل(الراية الاقتصادية) أن المشروع إضافة حقيقية للتنمية الاقتصادية في السودان ويشكل دفعة في تعزيز مسيرة التعاون الاقتصادي والاستثماري المشترك بين البلدين وقال: إن مشروع مشريب يعد نموذجاً جيد للاستثمارات القطرية في السودان مؤكداً حرص الحكومة على تقديم كل التسهيلات والدعم لقيام المشروع والذي يعد من المعالم الرئيسية في الخرطوم .

وثمن سعادة الوزير العلاقات القطرية -السودانية ووصفها متميزة في كل المجالات خاصة المجال الاقتصادي مشيراً الى الاستثمارات القطرية في السودان تتمثل في العديد من المجالات العقارية والزراعية والحيوانية والصناعية .وأشار سعادة الوزير الى الاهتمام الذي يوليه حضرة صحاب السمو الشيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني أمير البلاد المفدى وسعادة الرئيس السوداني عمر البشير للاستثمارات القطرية في السودان وحرصهما على دفع العلاقات والوصول بها الى آفاق أرحب.

وتشير (الراية) إلى أن الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني ولي العهد القطري والأستاذ علي عثمان محمد طه نائب الرئيس السوداني كانا قد أزاحا الستار عن حجر الأساس للمشروع بمنطقة الخرطوم بحري في يناير من العام الماضي.يذكر أن شركة الديار تأسست في العام 2004 برأسمال قدره مليار دولار لدعم الاقتصادي الوطني فقد استطاعت الشركة أن تقوم بالاستثمار في أكثر من 32 دولة في شتى أنحاء العالم بحجم استثمارات 40 مليار دولار كما بلغ عدد مشاريعها أكثر من 60 مشروعاً حول العالم.

Project description:
The capital of the Sudan, Khartoum, is going to get a
new international airport that will replace the existing
one located in the direct vicinity of the town’s settlement
area. KNIA, the future gate of Sudan to the
world, is situated in the South of Omdurman and
connected to the region of Khartoum-Omdurman by
an important corridor of future developments. KNIA is
planned as a modern, strong and beneficial infrastructure
based on an attractive urban and architectural
design. KNIA is designed and will be constructed
on a modular system to meet the requirements and
the demand of the near future. The airport is supposed
to be able to handle some 6.5 million annual
passengers. The airport will be implemented by an
international EPC-Contractor supported by local
construction firms.
KNIA will be equipped with all facilities and utilities to
guarantee smooth airport operations:

2 runways, 1 cross-taxiway, 2 parallel taxiways and
sufficient aprons

ATC-tower, CNS-ATC and ATM equipment, ARFF,
service-courts, fuel-farm


•
PAX-, Hajj- Presidential- and GA-terminal including
curbside and parking facilities

Administration buildings, housing areas and catering,
Airport park and airport mosque, Hotel and
conference centre, health facilities as required by
ICAO


•
Cargo centre (regional hub), logistic and industrial
estate, Aircraft maintenance hangar


•
Utilities like power and water supply including disposal
systems, Airport roads and airport access
road
