Probably never. It's too expensive, anyway. Even in the US, you'll see the same thing. I'd just like to see the power cables going underground in the historic centre, for beauty and space reasons. Other than that, I think that most of the power poles and cables will continue existing for years in the suburbs of Thessaloniki and any other city...
