Japan has a lot of super hi-rises and they are the first place that comes to mind when earthquakes are being discussed. Diri sa atoa sa davao kay 21 storey ra man na building. Basta maayo ang pagkabuhat sa building, ok na siya.

Man, you said you are in the US.California especially the area around San Francisco is surrounded with faultlines and of course in the other side of the world- Japan is sitting on top of three tectonic plates.These places i've mentioned have skyscrapers and have continually building more and get this-much taller structures. Why worry about Davao building tall towers? The engineering in building technology has far advanced to make tall buildings withstand a certain earthquake intensity especially in countries within the ring of fire that includes the Philippines,NZ and Indonesia among others.So stand back and relax and watch the show of booming constructions in Davao.:cheers:

ni agi ko ganina dira sa FTC ba, taas jud ug dako kaayo na building.. ang height sa FTC kay murag pareha sa Pinnacle ka taas unya high-rise jud xa kung tan-awun nimo sa duoL!:cheers:

malapad nga sya, pero hindi naman sing taas ng pinnacle, di hamak na mas mataas ang pinaccle, kaya lang malapit kasi sa street ang FTC unlike pinaccle na papasok, kaya mataas sya tingnan. try mo tingnan ang pinaccle sa back side (parking area) and you will appreciate more its height from there.:)
