malaki itong building nato ah... ang style ng flooring nya up to 9th floor ay parang sa metrobank tower, yung parang binitin at biglang naging penthouse tingnan. pero IMO mas malaki ito kesa metrobank basing sa lot area ng ground zero.

mukhang tumutugma na yung info ni peng months ago about DCLA owners, first centerpoint mall, then dialysis building, then hopefully that killer project.

I think sa west. Chinese are not fond with the number 4s. That's why sa condo ni Henry Sy (SM Residences) - walang mga 4s, 14s, 24s and so forth. :D Pero most of the bldgs sa pinas, naay 4s, 13 ra ang wala. Ako, mas mahadlok pa ko sa 13 than sa 4s. :D I personally chose 14th floor man gani...ehehehehe as my unit's floor. Ok ra man, wa pa may ungo na akong nakit-an so far...aw basig kay u/c pa man gud pud ang bldg. lolz.

From some angles, it doesnt look like a 9 storey building :dunno: it looks more like a 6 storey building with a small 3 storey structure on top. Dont know if my statement makes sense though but its like one big box (6 storeys) with a small box (3 storeys) on top
