I think they should keep the Question Open Ended as pertaining to the unknown future otherwise Nairobi should just be mentioned as at now.

My suggestion is that the instruments of power(Govt Institutions) should be distributed regionally as the case of South Africa. But centrally as a single entity town I think (Kericho, Eldoret, Naivasha & Isiolo are good candidates) otherwise we can have departments like Marine, Fisheries, defence, Education, Agriculture & Mining moved to Mombasa . Kisumu & Nakuru in whichever formular that suites the need.. Just my Utopia thinking.

Places like Isiolo may be geographically at the centre of Kenya but practically, with regards to population distribution, transport networks e.t.c. Nairobi is the centre. I have no problem moving the departments to areas where they are more useful eg. fishing to Kisumu but as far as the capital is concerned, Nairobi is perfect...ok, Almost perfect.

It concerns Nairobi and other Kenyan Towns Objectively. I think it falls within acceptable parameters.
