Yes, I heard Willie said in Wowowee today that it will be the highest condotel in QC. But what I know, it's 38 storey, while SM's West Residences will be a 50-storey condotel. Well, I guess we have to wait for the official specs from the respective developers.

Anyway, a 24 sqm studio here is 2.4M. 1BR has a FA of 32sqm; 2BR has 52sqm.

Turnover date is Dec2014.

Condos are usually based on its Land Value - per sqm. Well, it is located near to TV network stations. And also, it is surrounded by major roads and a km away from huge malls. That's already justifiable, I guess.. :dunno:

The target market of this condo would be the TFC subscribers and the "stars" of ABS and GMA. They have money for that price.

It is no doubt that an earthquake can happen anytime. The question is what are the options for a naive condo buyer to determine the earthquake capacity of the building. Making profit without regards to safety is, imho, just plain wrong.

Actually, according to a Philippine Star Article Feb 21, 2010 where willy showed his new house which costs him 100M plus (the previous home of his boss, Mr Lopez), it was told there that willy actually bought the lot for Will Tower Mall.

What's wrong with Willie as an endorser? He is effective. In fact, based on news, sales is strong and construction was not stopped even if Villar lost in elections and Willie was booted out of ABIAS CBN. This is a project of Vista Residences. I'm sure this will be finished.
