Old Town Area, the oldes city was situated here, but after WWII when the islands was bombed and burned a new city grew up.

Hard to belive, but they aren't. When i built the islands and zoned them i waited and demolished many hundreds of buildings before the right ones was built. I used a very long time construct the city.

I used to do that to get the right building. Takes forever. Since it didnt matter too much in 3K like it does in 4 I did it all the time.

9/10, that is what I called creative city planning. Makes me think of Dubai Palm Island a little. It is a pitty many of the buildings look the same.

I was probably inspired of the Dubai development as The Palm when i first started developing the city, i think i started this city the same day i first saw the images from The Palm. :)

Don't know of any building cheats, and i didn't use any in my city..... :) Perhaps it looks like i've used cheats to develope the city but i didn't, created it in the hard way....or the long lasting way. :)

Wow! I give 9/10, because the Old Town isn`t looking good
