What much is the monthly maintenance fee for meraprime for 2rm ?

Was at Meraprime this afternoon for an Open House for units on sale.

One was unit number #32-02, which is a 3-bedder with city view. I think 1100+ sq ft, with asking price of $1.2 Million.

Another was a 14 floor unit (already rented out), 820 sq ft, asking for $840K.

Agent was telling me that rental for 2-bedder is $3,600, for 3-bedder is $4,500.

Monthly maintenance for 2rm is just below $200.

Rental is not too bad for Meraprime. Surprise to hear that its 2 bedroom mthly maintenance is so low.

Under miscellaneous question 2) How do I ensure that nobody holds a duplicate of my main door keys? The answer given: There are 2 sets of keys to the main door. We will hand over both sets to you during the handover. One set of the keys is the original set. The other set is the construction key for use by your interior decoration work contractor. You may decide when you want to de-activate the construction key by activating the original key. Once the original key is used, the construction key is deactivated and not be able to use. Only the original key can be used.

May I know if anyone has received the so call original key and duplicated key?

It happens everywhere. I received such sets of keys too. Threw away one set after the defects are rectified (cos the contractors were holding those keys) before handing over the originals to my tenants.
