And although the plot is just next to CTE, it looks like it's as far as Novena Stn on the map.

Better still, it appears to be just opposite United Square!

yeah FEO always misleading 1. I was at the Silversea show flat.. the apt model are all not so scale...

anyway there is another project 99yr The Shore at amber road the old rose garden plot behind seaview. Its a katong view maybe they would also show it like there is seaview and lots of space. not cheap too... 1.1K psf for a 99yr lease hold.

anyway... skip...

I saw The shore as well, not worth the price esp there are better projects with freehold status around with better price n already or almost TOP.FEO projects just cannot make it.

If 1 Newton got frosted out due to Istana reasons, I wonder how this building will eventually turn out.

Great design. Might be authority requirement though (no views of Istana).

The units seem to be at 90deg facing each other.... could be the reason to skip Istana view?

If the angular sides faces Istana, it also means that facade faces CTE. Wonderful design to trap and echo road noise!

^^ Classic case - guess where is Adria's showflat? River Valley! Just beside AA building!!! It seems that out of the 50 units available for purchase, 26 have been sold already! I wonder whether those who purchased the units know exactly where the project is located ... :ohno:
