Lodha Primero is yet another skyscraper being built in South Bombay. Under construction next to Lodha Bellissimo (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=610361) at the Apollo Mills in Mahalaxmi, the tower will comprise of 52 floors with the first livable floor starting at the 10th floor.

Lol. True. But there's already smaller building in front of it. And don't worry. They won't be too close to each other. Smaller buildings in the area will face the same fate one day or the other. They will be blocked by the u/c tall ones around them. BTW, I think that building is the smaller Lodha building they were planning. Correct me if I am wrong.

I don't think Lodha is constructing anything else there.

I guess once Orchid Turf View comes up, Primero, Belissimo and Planet Godrej wont enjoy the same view that they do now.

If I'm not mistaken, the building coming up next to Primero is Lodha Excelus. I don't think it is more than 17 floors though.

EDIT - Whoops! I guess its not.

Guys, building on the left standing near "bellisimo" is not PRIMERO.. That is another commercial building (not residential) from Lodha.

How I know? I personally invested in Primero. Infact they just broke the ground for Primero and I paid my second instalment.. Picture are good but even Primero parking is also not constructred till today..

Hence whoever is claiming that building near Bellisimo is primero, please get your facts right. Primero is in back of Bellisimo and it is not facing mahalaxmi race course at all... Infact front flats of primero is facing Byculla and other areas.

A nice shot. Can't wait to see some colors added to the building instead of the concrete color.

Friend, I am an NRI, settling in India this year.

I have invested in India with most of the major developers, Lodha being one of them. I have invested in primero with them. Your photographs are excellent but that building is not primero.

If you are not still convinced i can give lodha official number in sales, administration and finance. Ask me in your next post.

I have been there "n" number of times in lodha pavilion where this bellisimo and primero building situated. Hence the building you are showing near bellisimo is a commercial complex, lodha is making partly for their own staff and this building they will only give for "rental" to other corporates.

I just want to provide true information to you people. If still you are not satified ask me telephone numbers of lodha employees and ask yourself to them.....

ok, so we screwed up. The tower that we think is Primero is indeed the C Wing of Bellissimo which they launched last year.
