Marina Towers,Jeddah

This project highlights the socio-economic importance of the cornich as this vital recreational amenity portrays itself as a natural resource of Jeddah. This mixed-use touristic development consists of 740,000 m2 of built-up area, located at the north-end of the Jeddah Cornich (121,000 m2 site).

The program includes; a landmark tower (7-star hotel and exclusive apartments), resort hotel (5-star), apartment towers, a cultural center inclusive of a large amphitheater, conference facilities and a recreational marina.

Additionally, this exclusive development includes health spas, a central park, miniature golf and other recreational amenities.

i don't like it,need to redesign the low building,also the road is too narrow!
