Would hope the ---Vaux/Stadium Village/and Holmeside Triangle Developments either completed or two thirds complete, ----I would hope that the new Bridge would have been open for a few years, --because that would mean that all other Developments either side of the Bridge will be in full swing or, completed, ----but most importantly, ---I hope I'm still around in ten years time.:lol:

Well with the good news today, let's just hope England is succesful with the bid and we should hopefully see some big developmets happen soon(ish),

I totally agree, --this announcement should spur the Council and ARC on.

Anyway as things stand what is most likley to be the next/first big project to be completed?

I'd go with the ski slope development next. Seems like there's actually some will to get that done considering they're out to tender for a developer.

Yeah you could be right on this one, ---or possibly the proposed Development on Farringdon Row, ---or maybe one or two Hotels, ----lets hope that in ten years time there will be a few of the many proposed Developments completed.

With only eight years left to how Sunderland will look.

There are the following definates.

The new Wear Bridge will have been built.
Primark will have been in there new store for a number of years.
Tesco will have a new store on the north side of the City.
Software City will have been up and running for a number of years.

Really hoping that the proposed Developments at Vaux/Farringdon/Holmeside Pallion/ and Deptford and Stadium Park area will have, -- at the very least started, ---I think with the New Bridge getting the go ahead that this will help kick start , ---quite a few Developments, --fingers crossed:).

Not to forget the 'small' improvements being made along the coast at Seaburn and Roker :)

Yeah, ---of which some will be complete next summer.

All of the above and the Sheepfolds site sorted.

Hope some of the Developments get started next year, --will be great if we see some movement, --and some cranes on the skyline.
