the Bawadi update is epic Imre, i even wonder why they have "finished" the Maysan Towers, ist just desert and nothing more, im also astonished how could they ever think, that building anything here is a good idea...

The sales lady wanted to convince us to buy there for over 2000dhs/sqf and said it was a great deal. Even in the overheated real estate climate of these days, I had a hard time imagining that anything would be there in the foreseeable future.

Yes, it was a good plan that time but after the crash the area became totally worthless.. its a very long term project..

23 Marina , already handed over , people living there

Anyway , not good location, very bad access , no visitor car park, rude security , common areas still mess , still many workers there etc...Apartment finishing is good , great pools and podium area, huge lobby but still not finished.

Yes, probably above the 40-50th floor they will have some view but not as good as before..

For interior photos I am using Canon 500D with wide angle lens, for construction photos I have Panasonic DMC-FZ50, I bought in 2007 and still working :)
