I dont have an access , should be good from the Palace Tower,Springs or Donna Towers but I dont know anyone there.

Imre, what do you think will happen that year in Dubai? Dubai Airport had a growth of nearly 10% in 2009, trade shouldn`t be hit that bad. Tourist should come again. I know many people who take the chances of the lower prices.

The property market is not the job motor anymore. Will companies move to Business Bay or DIFC, because of the lower rent and help Dubai to fill the towers? What are the advantages Dubai has over Abu Dhabi, Doha, Manama or Kuwait City? Will the property market be flooded by new apartments, villas this year?

No idea what will be happening in this year but would be hard for Dubai, we will see :)

When I came here in March 2006 , I did a company with a virtual office in Ajman Free Zone and I got a residence visa.

Last year they renewed my visa just for a year and said I need an office for getting visa in the future which is around 50K/year.

Hopefully I am going there just for cancelling the visa and company and after I will forget them forever, this is the story :)

Great update, as every Friday (I think for all the people who are, like me, completely fan of that Website and of your work, Friday is the best way to finish the week :cheers:).

Especially great progress on Marina 101 (nearly 2 and half floors in just one week, it's definitely incredible, even if the concrete work is full speed because they don't have cladding problems at the moment. Maybe they want to top out the building before beginning the cladding, after all, why not?), and also on Pentominium project (definitely my favorite one :nuts:). The highest steel bars must be nearly at street level now. Am I wrong?

And finally, is the 23 Marina still on hold or not? :?

Imre, I also have a question for you, even I'm a little bit anxious by your answer:
A few weeks ago, you wrote on that topic that this Part 21 would probably be the last one because you had some problems with your visas. Do you have news concerning that or are you going to leave the country?

That's just an idea but I think your work is an important way to improve tourism in Dubai, because your pictures are the only possibility for thousands of people who could want to come to UAE to see what the city looks like Most of the time, in other articles which can be found on the Web, pictures are really old ones, without interest. Consequently, don't you think your incredible work could be a good argument to cancel the problems and get another visa?

Right, Marina 101 speed is just amazing it seems they need just 3 days for a floor, podium works has already started , I think the cladding will start just when the podium done.

Pentominium has good progress also, rebars would be visible from the ground soon.

Still no info about my visa and still dont know the future but it seems I will spend less time in Dubai and more time in Europe in the future.

Imre thanks for all the close up photos of construction in Dubai Marina.

I have a question, Do you think that more projects in Dubai are starting up again compared to last year or do you think it is the same?

Because it looks as if a lot of new projects have started up in Business Bay if you look at the amount of cranes that you can see.

This year would be much better than 2009, some constructions will restart soon or already begun (like Claren Towers,Dolce Vita etc.. )

Business Bay is a big problem because of the infrastructure , it seems bridges and new roads ON HOLD/slow there , many constructions still ON HOLD because of the developers financial problems and also the investors problems(payments stopped).
