Manzini is the second largest city in Swaziland after the Capital city Mbabane. This is the town that used to be known as Bremersdorp in the old days. It has a population of more than 70 000 people.

Thanks 88keys, I miss that place its been more than 10 years since I was there.
We had a wonderful time there when I was a student on a school trip. We went to parliament, Matsapa firms, Mlilwane Game Reserve and the the king's garden close to the parliement. We had a wonderful time there.

Can you tell me if the building on the 5th picture is the Tiger City building and if the Smith family still owns it?

You are more than welcome. I realized that this city didnt exist on SSC. The Tiger City building was sold to Moses Motsa the rich guy for Siteki. I heard now he has sold it to some rich South African guy. It is called Twenty First Century Building now. This building is heavily underused, hopefully its new owner will make it the best mall in the whole country.

Very lovely pictures. I will say when South Africa becomes a developed nation in 20 years. This nation will quickly follow through, along with lesthoso. The country is almost like a mini twin to south africa.

The main bus station in Manzini, not the best transport option. I used it every day to go to school:

The Jubilee Park in Manzini. This park is in a horrible state and not being looked after. It used to be nice until the early 90s. This is where one could seat and enjoy the fresh air in the center of the city:

I'm reminded of a debate that my other half and I had concerning what makes a city a city and the difference between a town and a city.I think Manzini is a town.
