I particularly like the metalic spire and the multi-pointed star over the entrance.
Dull color though. Also due to it being quite wide in all directions, it's 112m height is deceiving.

Yeah I have some, it looks good at some angles others it isn't so great. I like the color though, and it fits Phoenix.

New Jack City May 8th, 2004, 06:30 PM 7.5/10...Interesting for a city hall, especially the facade and colors but too fat and stubby.
james2390 May 8th, 2004, 07:21 PM Well, I think fat scrapers make skylines look cool. If they were all skinny that would be boring. I find that the fat ones usually have lots of details.

james2390 May 13th, 2004, 02:02 AM Well if it is trying to cheat, it's still only 112 meters tall, and it's not really beating anything with a spire like that. So, in my opinion it's for looks and not really for height.

Where does this thing get it's height from? 112m is a lot for a 20s building - I scaled the spire and it's only about 5 or 6 storeys high - it must have a floor to floor of well over 4 metres (112m/26s=4.3m).
