I'm not a fan of this at all. I personally think they should build a few high-rises in front of it over on the other side of the road, with ground-floor restaurants etc. in order to attract a better crowd and to encourage the regeneration of the area.

It's sad how the beachfront is going to such waste. I'm not usually a fan of rampant beachfront development wherever there is space, but unfortunately some disgusting mistakes have already been made at Muizenberg and its high time they fix them. Ugly low-rises aren't the way to go.

ye they couldve done so much more there. it looks very cheap and fakish. muizenburg could be great, but not if they take short cuts and accept any proposal that comes along.

They should start by flooring that disgusting and pointless walkway-that-looks-like-a-highway...thing.

There's a few buildings on top of it that are unused. It also always looks in need of a good paint job and blocks the view.
