Viglacera starts building luxo-apartment complex
News/Ha Noi - The Viet Nam Glass and Ceramics Corporation (Viglacera) began construction of over 900 high-end apartments in Ha Noi’s Tu Liem District last weekend.
The VND3.8 trillion (US$211 million) project will be built on an area of 240,000sq.m. The development will consist of two 40-storey blocks of which the first three floors will be used for services such as kindergartens, shops and communal areas.
The apartments between the 4th and 40th floors will have areas ranging from 110 to 180sq.m. Surrounding the blocks will be green spaces, swimming pools and tennis courts for the residents to make use of.
The project is expected to be completed in 42 months.
