It is already 7 floors high, last Sunday I saw them working at night time also. I took these pictures yesterday (Tuesday).

Don't forget askari tower and statelife, they're pretty tall

I believe after completion FFCL Building will be tallest in Rawalpindi, because Askri Bank Head Office is 11 stories, State Life building and Poonch House Complex are 9 stories each.

I agree, it doesn't sound right but Islamabad has left a huge factor on Rawalpindi, on one hand people of Pindi have been getting lots of benefits but on the other hand Pindi has been squeezed rally bad. Rawalpindi’s prime locations have been swallowed by CDA, Pindi has only south side open and all other sides have been taken by Islamabad, anyone who wants to invest likes the name of Islamabad with their project. Believe me or not but some areas of Pindi has nothing to do with Islamabad like the area in front of Ayub Park but that has also been included in Defence Housing and given the name of Islamabad.

Cladding work going.
I was coming from CMH i captured this pic at night. (sorry for low quality)
Many workers were working at night. Glass work on 10th floor going, lights were on inside the building.

another mid rise fauji fertilizer building had its inaguration last month in DHA phase 2 Islamabad. i will post pics once i am back in pakistan next week if there is any progress or men at work there.

Yes the picture is real though its quality is that good it looks a bit unreal.

It's real picture with some editing. There is a red church on left side of bldg, at evening will all sunlight on this bldg this part of road looks beautiful.

Yes. its the tallest. May be Attock Refinery Building near Morgah is somewhere closer to it, but even that would be few metres lower.
