Damn this doesn't even look like Mainland China, I thought it was Taipei or someplace in Taiwan for a sec... Impressive! Shanghai metro Line 11's gonna be coming through here within ten years, no?

it is Haimen in Jangsu Province Main land China ,you can see the Chinese words, it's simplified chinese, which are not used in Taiwan, HongKong& Japan~

I'am not quite sure about Shanghai metro Line 11,but i heard that a bridge and a tunnel has been built between Shanghai and Jangsu though Yangzi river.

With China's political structure it's near impossible for city projects to be extended into naighbouring provinces because there isn't the will or system to work out ways to allocate the costs and the benefits, i.e. the desire for both parties to cheat will be overwhelming.

There are two branches of the Line 11, one to Jiading and the other to Anting. There have been press rumours of ideas about extending both branches into Jiangsu, the Anting branch to Huaqiao and the Jiading branch to Taicang. It would be great if this happened as it would signal a welcomed decline in the importance of administrative boundaries but I don't see it happening soon. Plus it would make the 11 really like London's Metropolitan Line - same colour, same directions, having branches extending right beyond the borders of Greater London ...
