The link says the project has stopped after 35% progress.

yeah but surley its not going to be cancelled...its going to have to be finished now....what are they gong to do with the 35% built.

google maps has been updated and the site looks different from last time, it looks like there is a crane there although its not certain when the satellite photo was taken

i doubt its the same building.i was asking one worker he told me 20floors.
There will be no building over 23 floors in tehran at the moment.
so the old renders are not real.
it will be a big complex with 20 floors.

we can defintly change status into U/C but we need to change the story size and dteh renders.

This thing is definetly huuuuuuuuuuuuuge.If u see the render,the part in front which is very wide,is definetly beeing built.Its alraedy 5storys high.its huuuuuuuuuuuuuuge.another fast rising amazing building.The guy told me it will be 20storys.but the hight of every floor is like double the hight of other buildings.maybe thats why they say 40 story.Overall last time i was going down the shariati stree i got a new york feeling at night.dont know why.mirdamad is the same.its getting much better everyday.

Hi all, sat in my office in Mirdamad right now and just behind the metro station there is a huge development being done right now, the foundations must be 10 stories deep in the ground? What is it?

so u standing between the project and the Central Bank area.when u look to Haghanni u see a huge white Building on a hill.
It is where the nationallibrary is.
The whole complex looks like an 5 star hotel.can u make a pic of it.It deserves its own thread.agar ham mituni un khiabuno yekam boro jolo ye zawie kheili khub barae aks gereftane.man dafeye pish unja bdam ama durbin nadashtam

Nah they are working on it every day, the amount of men on the structure and down in the pit at the bottom show they are working on it. I will venture out one evening to the Hagani side as the weather still knocks me for six.

To be honest with you, it does´t look that good. It look like a huge moske! It doesn´t look modern-persian!

Looks like something from a children's story book! or a bag guy's HQ in Captain Scarlett and the Mysterons or The Thunderbirds. What are these gold bits sticking up!? Faux minarets!? And the gold domes are soo lame. Im sorry I just hate it. It looks like its been done by some amateur or been done to satisfy the awful taste of the kind of people who buy apartments in frilly white mock old-Persian blocks.

I cant see his photo unless I go to the imageshack page. Hopefully it will end up looking a bit different from the render, sans gold tassles and domes. If it is just two simple cylinders each side of a simple tower and a simple box infront of it then it might be a bit boring but not as rubbish as shown in the render.

I can officially say that this complex is flying up. I will not take any close shots again but I can confirm they are working 24 hours a day on the frame. It is going to be a monster building!

@Big abdul.U can make a pic from the building.it has the potential 4 a monster,but it will oly be under 20 floors.the security monley told me, i think it was the same u was making trouble 4 u.i was looking into the site,when he came out of his box and told me what i am doing,i told him i am a foreigner,i am doing buisness,and told him how many floors it will have--he told me something under 20.But this building could easily be a 50fl building.its massive.

I wonder how big it could be? it is deep in the foundations.
