In old towns you can't f&%&% up enviroment any more, but with new town it is very real,also facture in economic benefits (not for citizens, of course)

as I heard from a friend this project was supposed to be the new capital
and there is a small possibility of it being realised if the government decides to move the capital

В Дубаи смогли бы построить этот проект , а тут денег бы не хватило на его реализацию

просто этот проект планируется как улучшение нынешного города аkhazar islands это полностью новый город, в этом его - не нужность - по сравнению с этим проектом. лучше тратить деньги на то што улучшать - для начала - то что есть а потом уже строить чтото новое, тем более в таких маштабах

реализация этого проекта в Азербайджане невозможна) в Khazar islands я еще верю) а вот в этот вообще никак :) даже если бы они начали его делать то сделали бы к 2040 наверное)))))))
