If your statement is true then the whole picture would be black but obviously it's just to show what the building will look like at night-time & I'm just pointing out that it won't look like it does in the night-time render.

This is very visible from the M5. Looks great to see a bit of development in West Brom

This looked awesome from the no 74 bus. Saw it a few weeks ago. They were even advertising it on both the 87 and 74 buses. So big.

I go to Sutton College atm, linked with Matthew Boulton in Brum obviously, and this sandwell college just reminds me of matthew boulton a bit, its v close to the road, they will try and make the interior colourful, but every room inside is white and same decor all within the college. The outside may look nice, but the inside has to be nice as well. Being at sutton college, its almost like learning in a prison, it needs to be more inspiring, thats why i hope the students that go to sandwell in the future are given an inspiring internal design, instead of it just being 'practical' with white walls and grey&black carpets, with black chairs and wooden desks.

I'll go around college tomorrow and take some photos and will post them on here!
