No it is above 300 metres so should be here. But not here here.. should be in Proposed Supertalls forum, which is a sub-forum of this one. A moderator will have to move it there.

why do you think tha is a joke?

The reason why some people may think this project is a joke is because the render is very lower quality. With most renders the Architect actually makes a very detailed series of pictures; this honestly looks very amateur.

If this project really is real then I wish the Architect could have bothered to make higher quality renders.

I know it is a real proposal/project; I saw it in the Angola section not too long ago. :)

It just would have been nice for the architect to make more detailed renders because honestly, without the detailed renders many people unfortunately will not take it seriously.

This building is in the beginning stages (if it is real that is), that is why the render and the building itself look ridiculous.

Most "solid proposals" have VERY detailed renders and details by the architects. Usually only "visions" have lower quality renders.

^^ Not true. Burj Dubai (Burj Khalifa) had a very poor proposal render. The height and the picture itself were not anything like the redesign and height that came out later on.

The Dubai City Tower had amazing first render and it is a vision.

Most buildings have a few renders that evolve into the final concept.
