I start with Hellissandur Radio Mast, the tallest man-made structure in Western Europe, which was built in 1963 for LORAN-C transmission and used since 1997 for longwave broadcasting on 189 kHz with 300 kW. It is 411.5 metres tall and electrically insulated against ground.
