This area is crazy man! .....not such a big spot.....already had like 8 apartment buildings ......Prisma Cheras .......Midah Ria.......Prima Perdana.....etc......now somemore got this. And this is not the end...there is another apartment in there too and the only way out is the 2 lanes (inbound and outbound) Jalan Midah 8, both sides got houses punya somemore :ohno:

Well. I donno about it by looking from the picture. I hate to go to that place as it extremely crowded and jam packed with tons and tons of people and cars as well. Beside, the air does not smell that nice. ;)

What lah..even MARC apartments' rendering is like this even though that place is probably the densest in Malaysia ;)

all those terrace houses in brochures have very lush greenery surrounding them and of course the obligatory high trees and happy families walking in a neighborhood with no fencing ;) and sometimes a bmw or two.

maybe there's a course out there just for this type of drawings.

Yeah..it is completed already. There was a huge advertisement in the newspaper bout the completion of this project way ahead of its deadline..apparently lot of unsold unit as well...
