View Full Version : Looking for an imagehost?
mookiecece May 18th, 2004, 09:27 PM Finding a free dependable imagehost can be a major pain in the ass. If you can't find one to store your pics online, I can help you out. I have about 100mb of disk space remaining on my skyscrapercity account. I hardly use it myself since I don't own a digital camera. Send me your pics in whichever way you want and I'll host them for you. I will let you know what the urls are so you can hotlink them. Here are some guidelines:
1. your pics must have some relevance to skyscrapercity
2. make sure you have the owner's permission to use his/her pics
3. file size limit is 1024kb
I have MSN messanger and several e-mail accounts which you can utlize as means to transfer your pics to me.
MSN: mook321kie@hotmail.com

http://www.imageshack.us
There's no need to login and no limit on the number of pictures. The pics will remain on the server for at least one year following the last view.
cheers

Isnt it better no one is asking for it now just yet? I tot the uploading still dosent work now?
hkskyline July 14th, 2004, 10:46 PM Actually, I'm interested, mookiecece : I have a lot of photos of Seoul and the DMZ. I post some now and then but I have to share the space with my other travel photos, but if you have additional webspace I can put more online.

You're right. It hasnt worked since June I think. Do you know when it's going to be fixed?
@hkskyline, I'd be glad to host your pics, that is if you're willing to wait until skyscrapercity photopost is functioning again. :)

Hmm...it has been weeks...if not months. It went down ever since this forum was upgraded?
Anyway....shhh.....I tot that imagehost was supposed to be a "secret" of some sort? :D
hkskyline July 15th, 2004, 01:21 AM @ mookiecece - Thanks for your offer. I'll manage my webspace to put more Korea content in the meantime :)
mookiecece July 22nd, 2004, 06:43 PM @ hkskyline, my host is working now, let me know when you are ready.
@ huaiwei: is it really supposed to be a secret? :D
huaiwei July 22nd, 2004, 06:46 PM At this point in time, do you think it is anymore? ;)

hkskyline November 28th, 2004, 03:00 AM It seems like there are quite a number of photo hosting services online nowadays. I've stumbled across this one : http://www.photojerk.com
They put a small logo on the photo, though.
