Do you know if these houses are furnished, or was the house in the video just a model home for prospective buyers? Very cool indeed. An uncle of mine mentioned he was going to buy into one of these gated communities. I'm not sure if it was El Yasmine or one of the others. I wonder what the going rates are.

I think it was $700 a meter but things might have changed.

So $700 per meter squared and the villas are 400-500 meters squared so roughly 2.8 to 3.5 million $. That is pretty steep.

HERE IS SOME PICTURES FROM ONE OF THEIR MODELS THIS ONE IS 250 SQ METERS and it's an attached unit. price tag is ..well, too expensive in my opinion
$350.000 us dollars! the bigger units 400 sq meters costs $470,000! they go up as the sq meters increases...the whole project consists of 5 phases they have completed phase one so far and have started phase 2 and 3 simultaneously phase 5 will face the blue nile and will be mostly hi rise apartment buildings
