According to the workers and the guard i asked, 11 floors will be for the Hotel proper while there will be an extension canopy, similar HKPH.. which makes it 12...

It is not clear however, if they included counting the basement ( i failed to specify it) ..dont worry, i will ask them again, whenever i have time.

The information was provided by the people who are in the construction of this building which had been gathered through my effort. While this is a raw information, pending any formal clarification or press release, despite of the rendering, i am still inclined to believe that this is at least a 10 storey edifice. This thread is created with the sheer belief that the informations provided are true.

However, if the mod found this below the thread creation standard, then i suggest, this thread shall be closed or deleted.

The structure is now on its 8th floor.. but as you see its still growing up... so i guess this is not 8 storey only as indicated in the render... the pic would attest that..

i still maintained that info provided to me by the construction team that it is 12 floor...

i guess henz is right..

Its now going to the 10th floor as of date.

IMAO, I do not like the cantilever type construction. Subra ra sa pressure weight sa mga posti nag support sa hanging frontage. I don't care what the architect will say. Ok kung granite stone ang foundation. :ohno: Diri sa NYC OK lang kay granite rock ang foundation.
Mag control blastic paman gali for the high rises construction.

the whole structure now consists of 10 storeys including those on top... Its now on the exterior and interior construction phase... A few months from now, the whole structure will be finished.. perhaps in time for the Sinulog season next year.. :D

mao nga mas ganahan ko diri moagi kung padung ug Mandaue ug Lapu2x (F. Cabahug St.) kaysa SM ka moagi bisan gamay ra ang kalsada kay sa pikas boring kaayo ug view bisan tuod lapad ug kalsada didto..hehe..

there is a lowrise u/c near to this building, i guess they are now working on the 7th floor, it is an apartment building.
