As the crisis is nearing the end, some good news start coming in.
There is no any official info yet and no renderings, but there have been reports of a crane being assembled on the site.
The smaller 9-storey building (Helios City B) will get another 9 storeys ontop which will make it to 18 storeys and about 64m.
The 9 storey part of Helios City looked like this in 2007 (it is fully finished now with some apartments occupied). It is incredible but they are actually going to continue building after a break of 2 years and with people already living in some apartments. I wonder how will they feel? :)

Helios City is made up of a 27 storey 96m tower, a shopping center and 9 storey (to be 18 storey) "tower".
Now, of course, we'll anticipate some photo updates by those who are in Vilnius.
