Hi,

This is my first post, but I've been having great fun looking at everyones collections on this forum - and have realised that my little collection is a big hobby!

I collect towers, but I have a rule - I will only add a tower to the collection if I have climbed to the top (or caught the lift :) - This also normally makes it easy to buy the tower, either in the gift shop, or somewhere nearby.

But I have a problem - the last two big towers I've climbed didn't have one for sale - I was wondering if anyone had any more advice for where I should go?

The two towers I need:
* Taipei 101
* Baiyoke Tower, Bangkok

Following a link I found here I've seen the 101 model at InFocusTech, it costs more than I've paid before, but it looks wonderful, so I might have to save some pennies!! But I can't find the Baiyoke Tower anywhere. I have even had eBay searches emailing me for a while now and nothing has ever shown up.

I'm not too fussed about scale, but I do want it too look right, the more detail the better, metal, plastic or ceramic tend to be fine - but paper just doesn't do it for me!

BTW: I also need a Loughborough Carillon (a tower near to where I live in Leicestershire, England) but I suspect thats going to be even harder to find!

Any Ideas would be greatly received!

Thanks, Ben.

P.S.: Thought you also might like to see my collection so far:

That's quite an interesting idea. You should try to look in online stores like Amazon or Ebay, but look into smaller ones too. Sometimes that's where you find all the goodies :)
