Me neither,first i thought it was just one of those plain ass buildings.But this looks all very cool,especially the sides.

this is a government building. Its a forum (tribunal? whatever is the word for the place where judges decide about things) dedicated to work cases. I dont see why it should be slim and extremelly tall. I think its pretty beautiful, specially the interior. You guys only rate well slim and tall buildings.

6.5 It doesn't do anything for the skyline, but then again there doesn't appear to be much around it. Its a nice 'stand alone' building with some interesting features

For Brazil its expensive, Cyrela expects to earn about R$100000000 or US$30000000for Çiragan a 42 floor building, and it is a private company which has some profit and so on.

That building was supposed to be a public building and should cost about R$50000000 or US$17000000

can you please use dots or commas to separate the milhar (thousand?) cases? Like... 5.000.000.000. Its very difficult to read a very long number correctly without them.

suitable design for a short building like that. great interoirs and atrium. however, i wish the sides have continuous sheet of glass

In fact 12, its a public building, meanwhile during the construction process the government found that money that was supposelly used for construction was being robbed, so the building went on hold for several years, in the end of 2002 the re-started the construction process
