Office building consists of 14 floors and two-level underground parking lot. On the first floor office center staff and customer convenience will be the building administrator, the press kiosks, banking department, conference rooms, and rooms will be fitted to the cafeteria. Center office tenants will be able to use the fitness room. 2-14 floor of the building is designed for B + class office space.

The building grew up a lot in a short period of time since last update two weeks ago.

I like this mini skyscraper. It's really nice to see progress in a building site.
and eventually it reminds me GE money bank in Purvciems...

The progress of this building is one of the prooves that we are on the right way of economy stabilization. They promised to restart the works on the site only when the demand for offices would rise. So, hopefully, things get better here! :)

everything is OK. Remember Saules akmens contruction. Builders built one floor every week.

Ok, you cheered me up a bit. Really hope we can expect good quality when not many is being built and the monitoring of the sites is quite serious.

Z-towers belongs to Estonian company and you know estonian as slow person in anecdotes. Jupiter centre shows wonderful example for every building company and they inherit loyalty in Latvia. :cheers:

Pfff...our construction workers are actually sabotaging Z-Towers,so you would not have higher buildings than buildings in Tallinn :D (Estonian envy and all...)


About Jupiter Centre - really nice & simple design :okay: I like it. Shows that to have a good building,you really don't need elaborate designs & over the top gizmos. Btw,shouldn't you guys ask Swede or AltanticaC5 to change this project status to U/C? "Oh Hold"...wtf...lol.

This structure is indeed a great example of simple and at the same time modern architecture, which fits just fine in the surroundings and shows the way how it's possible smartly to develop everything in just unassuming trend.

He asked before the weekend, and now I got around to doing it :)
The model is looking real nice. Not a fan of the site-planning (I like old-school urbanity) but the tower itself is looking real good :)

Two most interesting things are next - both long facades, but most - elevation with elevators and staircases. Staircases will by interesting from glass block panels and different color wall painting from inside.
