Yea unfortunately. I left Bangkok on Sunday evening.
It looked like Raja Building was at approx. 8 or 10 storeys. I cant quite remember.
Prasarnmit Thani Towers was really tall though, looked like it was about ready to top out.
I have some photos, will have to sort through them and upload. Will probably do it this weekend.

So The Master will be in front of it? WOW!! YEAH!! So many U/C in that area. :)

From where Chad took the photo, if you look to your right you can see Prasarnmit Thani twin towers under construction as well.
This is in addition to the other tall buildings next to each other like Sino Thai tower, PS Tower, Asoke Place, Sermit Tower, Wattana heights, and Govind Tower.

Traffic is gonna be bad there in a few years.
But itll look sexy

i walk pass there few days ago, i surprised that nothing move much, just only the sale office... Looks challenging to complete those 28-storeys within 2005, no?

จากกรณีดังกล่าว "ฐานเศรษฐกิจ" ได้ตรวจสอบรายชื่อกลุ่มผู้ถือหุ้น ของบริษัทรังสิยาอินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล กรุ๊ป จำกัด( มหาชน ) จากกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า สังกัดกระทรวงพาณิชย์ พบว่า ได้จดทะเบียนเมื่อวันที่ 25 กันยายน 2535 ทุนจดทะเบียน 150 ล้านบาท โดยผู้ถือหุ้นประกอบไปด้วย นายมนตรี จิตต์จารึก นายประเสริฐ จิตต์จารึก นางอรุณี พงษ์กิตติหล้า นางสาวนวลจันทร์ จิตต์จารึก และนายสุทิน โชติวิทยาธานินทร์ และ เมื่อตรวจสอบดูจากโปรชัว โครงการมาสเตอร์ เซ็นเธรี่ยม ของบริษัท โกร-อิง อินฟินิตี้ จำกัด พบว่า มีชื่อของนายสุทิน โชติวิทยาธานินทร์ หนึ่งในกรรมการบริษัทรังสิยาฯ รับหน้าสื่อเป็นกรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัทใหม่ดังกล่าวแทนนายมนตรี จิตต์จารึก


ในขณะที่ นายธนวร นิยม อดีต ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการ สายสินเชื่อ บริษัทเงินทุนหลักทรัพย์ จีเอฟ จำกัด( มหาชน ) 1ใน 56 ไฟแนนซ์ที่ปิดกิจการ และในฐานะ ประธานบริหาร บริษัท โกร-อิง อินฟินิตี้ จำกัด ยอมรับว่า ตนเปรียบเสมือนมือปืนรับจ้าง รับบริหารและดำเนินโครงการให้กับบริษัท โกว-อิง ฯ ที่พัฒนาโครงการแรกคือ โครงการ เดอะมาสเตอร์ เซ็นเธรี่ยม ซึ่งเป็นโครงการอาคารชุดอัจฉริยะหรู บริเวณถนนอโศกมูลค่า 800 ล้านบาท


ต่อข้อถามที่ว่าเจ้าของโครงการคือบมจ.รังสิยาฯที่หวนกลับมาทำโครงการ ใช่หรือไม่ นายธนวรกล่าวว่าไม่ทราบว่าผู้บริหารโครงการดังกล่าวคือ นายสุทิน โชติวิทยาธานินทร์ และไม่ทราบแน่ชัดว่าเป็นของบมจ.รังสิยา แต่ทราบเพียงว่าบริษัทดังกล่าวได้ซื้อที่ดินและโครงการราคาถูกที่ติดอยู่ในบสท. ของบมจ.รังสิยาเดิม มาดำเนินการต่อ จำนวน 2 โครงการ คือ โครงการทาวน์เฮ้าส์จำนวน 100 กว่ายูนิต บริเวณสวนหลวง ร.9 และที่ดินจำนวน 7 ไร่ บริเวณ ถนนรามอินทรา กม.12 ซึ่งมีแผนพัฒนาเป็นโครงการบ้านเดี่ยว ระดับราคา 4-5 ล้านบาท ซึ่งอยู่ห่างจากโครงการบางกอกบลูเลอวาร์ด ของบริษัท เอสซีแอสเสทฯ โดย 2 โครงการโครงการดังกล่าวจะเปิดขายในช่วง ปี 2548


ทั้งนี้โครงการดังกล่าวตั้งอยู่บริเวณถนนอโศก เนื้อที่เกือบ 2 ไร่ สูง 27 ชั้น ราคา 3.5-30 ล้านบาท จำนวน 79 ยูนิต ขณะนี้มียอดขายไปแล้ว 12 หน่วย คาดว่าในอีก 6 เดือนข้างหน้าจะมียอดขาย 80 % โดยจะเริ่มก่อสร้างในปี 2548และคาดว่าจะแล้วเสร็จในปี 2550 ซึ่งโครงการดังกล่าวได้พัฒนาต่อจากโครงการ เดอะมาสเตอร์สาทร และในปี 2548 จะเปิดตัวโครงการอาคารชุดที่พระราม3 ซึ่งรวมมูลค่าทั้ง 3 โครงการแล้วประมาณ 2,000กว่าล้านบาท

นายธนวร นิยม ประธานที่ปรึกษากลุ่มบริษัท มาสเตอร์ กรุ๊ป จำกัด เปิดเผยถึงความคืบหน้าโครงการที่บริหารการขายว่า ยังคงเดินหน้าไปตามแผนที่วางไว้ โดยโครงการล่าสุด เดอะมาสเตอร์เซ็นเธรี่ยมรูปแบบคอนโดมิเนียม ภายใต้การบริหารงานของบริษัท GROWING INFINITY จำกัด มียอดขายไปแล้ว 20% หรือประมาณ 160 ล้านบาท ของมูลค่าโครงการ 800 ล้านบาท และได้ตั้งเป้าขายภายในปลายไตรมาส 3 ต้องทำยอดขายให้ได้ไม่ต่ำกว่า 80% หรือประมาณ 640 ล้านบาท เพื่อทำให้โครงการมีผลการดำเนินงาน และลดความเสี่ยงทางด้านดอกเบี้ยจ่าย
ทั้งนี้เพื่อเป็นการสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มให้กับโครงการ บริษัทฯได้เจรจากับบริษัทสื่อสาร ในการพัฒนาระบบให้ห้องพักจำนวน 79 ยูนิตกลายเป็นบ้านอัจฉริยะ ที่สามารถสั่งการผ่านจากระบบโทรศัพท์มือถือได้ นอกจากนี้ยังเตรียมจัดโปรโมชันการตลาดเพิ่มเติม ซึ่งอยู่ระหว่างการจัดทำแผนภายในอาทิตย์นี้
ส่วนโครงการเดอะมาสเตอร์ สาทร ภายใต้การบริหารของบริษัท CAPITAL TOWN มูลค่าโครงการ 400 ล้านบาท มียอดขายแล้ว 80% จากจำนวน 199 ยูนิต ซึ่งในส่วนที่เหลืออีก 20% หรือประมาณ 40 ยูนิต ยังไม่รีบเปิดการขาย เพราะจะรอให้รถไฟฟ้าบีทีเอสเส้นสาทรเปิด เพื่อจะได้ปรับราคาขายจากเดิมที่ขายอยู่ 50,000 บาทต่อตร.ม.เป็นกว่า 55,000 บาทต่อตร.ม.
สำหรับเดอะมาสเตอร์ เอ็มโพเลอร์ พระราม 3 ภายใต้การบริหารกิจการของบริษัท POWER PLUS PROPERTY จำนวน 2 อาคาร สูง 8 ชั้น ขณะนี้กำลังรอการอนุมัติเรื่องผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อมอยู่ คาดว่าหลังเทศกาลสงกรานต์จะได้ความชัดเจน

Looks like it will be a nice tower! What I don't like is those windowless boxes that many towers sit on. Yeah I guess it's a smart way to handle setbacks and provide convenient parking space, a swimming pool on top of it and all but isn't there another way? :dunno:

Underground Parking is another choice, but better choice ofcouse comes larger capital. The Developer has to provide fair draining system for water in raining season and Air Purifyer for all residences which top to the more construction cost of underground construction.

And the towers would also be shorter then :D

Btw how do they handle the need for public space as specified by the zoning regulations? (if I understood the rules correctly)

Lets put it this way, Public space is not "Public space" u thinking about, it's "Public Space" for whom living and using the Building (only).

Let me criticize this project.

I honestly dont like it.

1. Unprofessional sales team
2. well decorated mock-up rooms
3. Nice location but have problems with blocking views units.
4. Over priced
5. Too fancy design (IMO)
6. Lame layout
7. Over promoted with The High-technology concept, those features could be found in anyother developers from normal projects like Sansiri's as such.

i think your critics are going well with the poor performance of that project! in my opinion, it is 'too good' for that location, where smaller units would be more proper with a focus on pricing/mass transit connection rather than technology. However, i really like the design of the building

agree with you all. Master Centrium is very ugly.

Asok has been dense since pre-crisis though....but it's denser and denser nowaday...with new BTS and MRT+ proximity to Sukhumvit area which is very prime area for both offices and condos.

Guess the extreme upper floors will have views, but for the rest it's pretty dismal. A pity too that what is a fairly attractive highrise architecturally should be so hidden.

After the curve top has been lifted and moved about by the crane. It took less than 1/2 hour to completely install it. 4 men holding onto the top part. Another 4 men holding onto the bottom part...

I can feel the density.

Sorry, it has been a long time since my last update on this project. Now they are really doing some serious strucure at the roof. I can't believe that they are doing exactly the same form as shown on the model. It would be nice to see how everything will turn out!

IMO> I think the building is too white (for now). Plus, I don't see them having any plans to do any facade to hide those air con units at the front at all!
