the 19-storey took a year to top off (paspas na gani kaayo to), how much more a 36-storey.
it takes 2-3 years or sometimes 4 years for a structure that high to top off..

..and again just to top off. not to be completed.

makita rani nato puhon once magstart na ug tubo ug unsa pud kapaspas mutubo kada floor..remember ang 19floor is medyo lipis compare sa 33/36 flr nga mas thicker siya..so did2 ra ta muhatag ug conclusion kung kanus-a jud ni magtop-off..pareho sa zuellig building nga 33flr it took up only in 2 yrs kapin to top-off..imo:)
