Centrio is expected to cater to the Upper and "upper and middle" Middle classes... Ketkai caters to all classes, IMO... Even with Centrio's entry, I believe Ketkai will still be the most complete mall/complex in the city... Centrio will need to be extra unique to be able to matter... To start with, it's a lot smaller than Ketkai... Ketkai is the benchmark for malls this part of the country, IMO... :okay:
