Here are latest photos of Centrio in the heart of downtown Cagayan de Oro City.
As shown, construction of the northwing portion (along CM Recto) is now on the 3rd floor while the southwing (along Capt. V Roa) is now on the 2nd level. Kukun Hotel is now very visible from about 500 meters away being almost 9-10 storeys above road level.

If you’ve been to other Ayala Malls, you could probably imagine the interiors of Centrio particularly with the giant Acacia trees.

the design of the building really provides spaces to the acacia trees within the complex. this makes CENTRIO unique and distinguished from other ayala commercial complexes.

If it's Shopwise, then it already defeats the slogan promoted by Centrio as Home of Fashion and Where Life Flourishes or let's say as an upscale shopping center. When I was in Shopwise Makati few years ago, there was a China-made flat iron worth more than 200 pesos. You could even buy t shirts worth 150 pesos. That is Shopwise. Very affordable! It caters the C and D markets.

In CM Recto Ave, Velez St and some other national roads motorelas are restricted to ply . I hope in this Corrales Ave the govt will ban it too. But I doubt cos this is the only way given to motorelas to go through northern part of the city by crossing CM Recto thru this street.

again i will point out the advantages of a roundabout:
1. solves the traffic problem in cm recto-corrales
2. safer than conventional intersection
3. very cheap to make and maintain
4. doesnt derupt traffic during construction
5. beatiful to look at compared to flyovers and underpasses
