The way I see it, mahuman na ni nga mall in 2 to 3 months kay paspas kaayo ila trabaho. Gigukod nila na mahuman ang BPO component together with the mall. Excited to see this open during the last quarter of the year. Great Christmas shopping season ahead!

IMO I think they'll open the mall, bpo, and hotel altogether. The last 2 components are essential customer base, thereby ensuring constant foot traffic.:)

I believe the anchor store will also have a basement parking... If you look at the masterplan, the ground level (supermarket ?) will not have a direct access to the mall... You will have to go up to the 2nd level of the anchor store (department store ?) to be able to access the mall... IMO lang na, ha... Same setup with Landmark and Trinoma... If you enter through the grocery (near a Starbucks branch), you will have to go up, passing through the foodcourt just before taking the escalators to the department store to be able to access the mall... :okay:
