I was just wondering if anyone could help me? I am trying to find out how I can contact Oaklyn Investments Inc. I am hoping to lease a place in Leeds and open an independant Cafe. I have found out that a property that could use a dramatic turn around is owned by Oaklyn Investments, however I cant find out how to get in touch with them. Their land registry info was a strange offshore bank in Panama (as far as I understood anyway). They applied for and were granted change of use in December for a cafe/restaurant use. This could stay stagnant for a few years.

Hi Bonnie, is the property currently being marketed by any agents? If not, do you know whether they have their own plans for the building or whether they're planning on putting it out to market in the future?

This is sort of the problem really, I dont know how to get in touch with them at all although I have searched a great deal. Its not in the hands of any agents yet. The city council werent very helpfull although they have been through a change of use with them in December. The land registry gives a name and a strange address in panama. I guess I will have to wait and see if a sign gets put up by an agent.

Its probably owned by starbucks!

I'm guessing you've already done this but just in case did you try the Architects mentioned in the planning application mentioned on this page?

It was from Aug 2008 but they may still have contact details.

Likewise for the change of use did Oaklyn use a 3rd party?
