I think Noble are certainly brave with their choice of colours; recent ones have been dark grey, light grey, beige, green, almost black, and now red-ish. Not to everyone's taste, but I prefer it to white in many cases.

Btw, although there are always issues with build quality with all developers (regardless of budget and marketing hype) I think that Noble Remix and Solo have turned out among the most attractive condos built in the recent building wave, at least in terms of being true to their materials and their overall cohesive style. I wait to see what the IDEO condos look like when finished. On paper they look far better, but they may look tacky or ridiculous when they near completion: the devil is in the details...

internal sale! not internet, i think you misread. Probably the owners are planning to keep some units among themselves.

that little "path" that cuts between RE:D (Soi1) and BTS (Phahon Rd) ... is that a public path ? Not that going around the block is that much further, but that 'path' really make RE:D the closest condo to the BTS in the area, and one of the closest development in BKK.

Not like I haven't seen this red in Bangkok before :D
