Why would you say that? There has to be another source of funding other than central government that Birmingham can tap into? Centro to become a part publicly listed company raising money from share issues? What became of the ADZ's? The Birmingham People's Bank? I refuse to accept that so many tram systems are up and operating in a multitude of cities and Bham, after over a decade gets a 1.5k extension? Any extension is very positive in my opinion but 1.5k??? Surely Bham's potential economy to the UK is worth more than that?
