Simple but fine design and a good addition to the existing skyline. 8/10!

Looks good in the first pic, but in the last view it is nothing special.

The front is ok, the back is horrible, the material is (too) cheap. However, the location needs an impuls like this residential tower and it adds to the skyline. 6/10.

Looks like a modern commieblock.

The same like with the highrise in Tilburg: Would be good enough to fill in gaps between higher scrapers.

i don't now what's youre definition of a commieblock? I like the tower 8,5/10.

My definition of a commieblock: made of grey concrete plates. uniform style, boxy, boring.

And for me this looks nearly like it matches my criteria of a commieblock, but only with a more modern attitude. It looks very greyish on the pictures and the windows (except for the glassy side) are boring.

It has a powerful look but also looks a bit drab - like a schoolteacher

Nice tower, good and nice architectural lines, but i only dont like the small windows in the top of the building! i gif him a 8,5

Frontside (South) = 9. Backside (North) = 2. East and West (almost identical) = 5. Alover = 5

This is got to be an 8! I really like this one and it is a nice addition to the Rotterdam skyline...

A 6. Only the front part looks ok. I am not a big fan of prefab material and the backside does not look so good. The top of the tower should have been worked out better instead of having the liftbox exposed like that. It's an overall cheap tower with no class whatsoever.

And yet another dreary shoebox enhances the Rotterdam skyline... yawn. Why can't they build more interesting towers like the Millennium tower?

Its strange, the tower is simple.. borderline brutalistic, yet.. it works because its in the Netherlands, lol.. If this had been built in the States, Asia or some other European places etc, it would look DIRE! Yet, you just have this knack over there of designing towers that really push the mark of what is daring and what is tacky, and virtually always get it right.. Its an inspirational genre of architecture for me, I know if I was a designer, I'd be wanting to build towers reminiscent of Amsterdam and Rotterdam
