Landmark Tower III is located in Nizami street in Baku. It was completed in 2008. It has 22 floors and it is an office building. There is also a hotel in 9th and 10th floors.

this building is great and reminds me Kaaba in Mecca but placing of this building is horrendous and ruining view for everybody..

I like it, but Xtreminal has pointed it out well about Landmark Tower III

I dunno why but i like this tower.. ) something different in Baku.. ;)

I saw it in the past @emporis site.

The classic design would be mathing with architecture of Baku in the center of city. And they could build this one some where else like in Yasamal district. But that is OK:)

Если не ошибаюсь, после пожара во время стройки на двух последних этажах строительство в высоту приостановили. А жаль, красивое могло бы получиться здание.
