So this is a commercial/BPO building. Any close picture of the rendering. It looks like it has a reasonable high window ceiling.

one mckinley and hamptons used the better type, imo.

It's not the best design but, IMO, it's not ugly.

Remember, 32nd Avenue is going to be a "wall" of skyscrapers so architectural variety is key to keeping the skyline interesting. I believe we need each towers to look different, in a nice way.

There are plenty of uglier buildings in BGC. This is even much more beautiful than the JP Morgan Chase Building

I actually really like this building..the green tinted glass looks good, something out of the ordinary.

^^ Yeah I like this cookie can too. :D The glass and those metallic vertical lines and the rounded corners make it look sleek and clean. Anyway, it's better looking than a lot of the generic concrete buildings in BGC and this gets my vote over other glassy buildings like Bench. I wonder why it doesn't get more love?

That building looks like some chinese commie inspired design. Something i would see in the interiors of china back in the early 90s. The only thing lacking are red colored posts on the ground floor, some chinese characters on the sign board and two stone lions guarding the entrance.

I love green so I like the building's glass cladding. But the curved sides made it look cartoonish.. very nice though.
