Do landmarks do andything, or are they just eye cnandy that cost you a lot of mony per month.

I believe some add jobs to a certain sector. I'm really not sure about that though so don't hold me to it.

Ya it does cost you more money and eye candy but i think it also increases the land value and incourages high rise development

It increases the value of the land in certian areas which brings more jobs.

It brings in YIMBY desirability for commercial areas, so expect more and better buildings to pop out after the landmark is placed. Not to mention they also do increase your Mayor Ratings. So if your Mayor Rating is low and riots are about to start and you got cash, pop landmarks in your city until the MR problem is resolved.

i think they make your city nice and cool
